It’s been 21 days since Baccarat Restaurant opened and business has been flourishing. For the past couple of days, the phones have been ringing non-stop from morning til night. Reservations have been coming in fast and furious. I’ve been working day and night ever since we opened and I’ve tired.. But I think my part-timers are even more tired. If any of my part-timers happen to read this, Please accept my sincere gratitude for all the help, effort and time that you have put in to make sure that operations at the restaurant is smooth sailing. School  on the other hand is creating alot of stress. Projects, assignments, dissertation…. Too many things on my mind.. I need to catch some ZZzzzzz…

My 1st proper log.. Man it’s been a tiring couple of months.. Non-stop action at work and school. I need a holiday.. But I noe I won’t be going anywhere for the next year or so.. not til I complete my final year..

Anyway.. Baccarat Restaurant is scheduled to open on the 10 October 2005 after many many months of preparation. Finally… After numerous sleepless nights, the day is at last drawing near.. Can’t wait..
